Sleepwalk with me

The National Centre for Mental Health is teaming up with Cardiff University's MRC Centre and Cardiff sciSCREEN to host a free screening of the multi award winning Sleepwalk With Me at Cornerstone in Cardiff.

The screening will be followed by talks from experts on the themes of the film and its protrayal of sleep and mental health, and an open group discussion.

There will also be a light buffet, wine, bottled beers and fruit juice.

Places are free but strictly limit, so book your place now.

A burgeoning stand-up comedian struggles with the stress of a stalled career, a stale relationship, and the wild spurts of severe sleepwalking he is desperate to ignore.

Sleepwalk with Me is a 2012 American independent comedy written, directed by, and starring Mike Birbiglia. It also stars Lauren Ambrose, Carol Kane, James Rebhorn, and Cristin Milioti.
