This was a special event for young people.

What are the perks of being a wallflower? Wellbeing is an important topic in adolescence as three young people in every classroom experience mental health problems. DECIPHer, a research centre at Cardiff University, want to know what young people think about mental health and the research that is being conducted into young people’s mental health. Therefore, we held a free screening of the film ‘The Perks of Being a Wallflower’. Following the screening young people were invited to take part in discussions with researchers about mental health research.

Location: Hadyn Ellis Building, Maindy Road, Cathays, Cardiff, CF24 4HQ

Date: Friday 13th November

Time: 4:00 – 8:00pm
